TIME TO RENEW YOUR 2018 ENDORSEMENT & NMAIMH Membership
Please submit a completed Endorsement Renewal Form and pay the applicable fee by 12/31/2017 to maintain your endorsement for 2018. Late Fee: Endorsed colleagues who submit their documentation after the 12/31/2017 deadline and before 3/31/2018 must pay a $20 late charge in addition to the renewal fee. Failure to submit the required documentation by March 31, 2018 will result in the endorsed professional’s name being removed from the Endorsement Registry.
