Strategic Plan

Approved by the NMAIMH Board of Directors in January 2026, the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan outlines six strategic goals focused on strengthening infant mental health systems across New Mexico. These goals include shaping and bridging systems through cross-sector partnerships, advancing cultural responsiveness and inclusion, ensuring organizational and financial sustainability, uplifting and supporting the infant mental health workforce, centering the voices of parents and families, and developing a skilled workforce equipped to deliver high-quality infant and early childhood mental health consultation statewide.
